I am an Assistant Organizer of Treasure Valley Witches, a Third Degree Apprentice of the lovely Woventear, and an Associate of the Tri-Council Academy of Magickal Arts as well as fulfilling the duties of a Dark Moon Priestess, creating a number of the Dark Moon Rituals and assisting our Lunar Priestess with Full Moon Rituals as well. I have been a witch for as long as I can remember, although there were those times when I called myself by other names in my vain attempt to fit the identity that others had created for me. Once I decided to stop trying to force my spirituality into the molds that others had made and become that which I was not, I began to truly explore my own natural spiritual inclinations. As a small child, my natural empathy and ability to see through the veil to the Otherworlds and commune with spirits both in the mundane and magickal worlds caused a great deal of pain and heart ache until a wonderful old man taught me to shield aroundthe age of five, explaining that all those things that I felt and saw were not my imagination,but that I was simply “sensitive”.His patient explanations opened a brand new door for me, allowing me to finally beginto understand that I was NOT crazy or evil, but merely more open to the various energies that surrounded me than the rest of my friends and family. Over the years, I have learned from many sources, finding teachers, books, and spirit guides along my way, always seeking to further my understanding and my growth as a spiritual being. It is my belief that we are all teachers as well as students, and so I look at each experience and situation in my life as an opportunity to both teach and to learn. My path is an eclectic blend, influenced by spiritualities from around the world and across space and time. I am a Master/Teacher in Usui Reiki and an herbalist, growing as many of my herbs myself as I can. I currently teach a series of classes on creating ritual oils andhave a number of online classes in the works including ritual writing and spell crafting andI will soon be offering some basic leather working classes as well. It is my wish and my life-long work to help others to grow as they each follow their own unique spiritual paths; guiding and mentoring those who seek. We are all a part of the great Divine. The spark within me is the same spark that resides within you and with all of existence. It is up to us to recognize and to nourish that sacred spark.
