Our clients' info is completely confidential; rest assured it is safe and well guarded.
We will not try and sell you something we don't think you need, or anything you don't want.
No practitioner can guarantee outcome, because of a number of reasons. Either the client doesn't really believe, or they think that you have control over the universe somehow, or they screw with things themselves and muck everything up.
We take our belief, our practice and business very seriously. As practitioners of our Craft, put a lot of time into learning, a lot of care into the formulas we put together, our passion, intent and energy go into the making of everything we do. A small piece of ourselves goes out there for the whole world to see...that is what makes what we do special.
If you want a quality product (i.e. spellwork properly done with all of our focus and intent honed in on your current situation), and not just some piece of crap spell that is thrown together, then it is worth waiting for.
We give every client the utmost respect.
Be careful what you wish for and be sure of what you want. We do not give refunds just because someone changes their mind about what they really want or have a change of heart.
And for the most popular question, when will I see results?
We don't control the results. We initiate the steps needed to create change. We request the spirits to open the door, we request the spirits' help. We do what we can to show the spirits respect they deserve. We cannot boss them around or make demands. I wouldn't personally want to be on the receiving end of a Spirit or Saint's backlash.
How soon you see results is not a reflection on our skill or any practitioner's skill or power or effectiveness, or whether they are "real".
We are always honest with you, as with all of our clients.
We provide ongoing support to a point, as well as additional recommendations or suggestions, when asked.
Unrealistic expectations never work... You cannot hope to be bound together in love with someone you have never had any connection to before or have never met. Not to say that it isn’t possible, but it’s just frankly not probable. If you’re just stalking someone, there’s a pretty good chance you’re going to get a restraining order placed against you...
Any spellwork done will just backfire on you.
Being dishonest or not disclosing the full truth... If you don’t provide me (or any practitioner) with the whole story, things can go wrong. Withholding important information is as good as being untruthful. An example would be untrue motives. If you’re bent on revenge, that’s fine. We can work with that. But if you want to get your ex back and the relationship was toxic before or you were abusive to them, that’s not ok, and it’s not going to work. Another example would be if you do not inform us that there are other practitioners working magick against you. Other steps would have been necessary first to take care of that magick being worked against you.
If there are obstacles in the way, that is another reason spellwork can fail. If obstacles are not addressed first and removed to make way for the positive energies, then it cannot work. Some examples of obstacles are other people, or situations, or even your own negative energy from obsessing and worrying about the situation or spellwork. That creates unwantd energy and sucks the fuel out of a spell. Sometimes, even talking about spellwork to others can create a problem that was not there before.
Do not talk about your spellwork, whether you are doing it yourself or having a practitioner perform it for you. Why would you even want to? It’s very personal. Kind of like your mojo bag. Don’t let other people see it or touch it. Same with spellwork, it could render it powerless or even backfire on you.
If you ask the Universe, Fates, Spirits, Deities for something, don’t doubt it and focus more on your plight. Focus on the goal and what you can do to help channel positive energies in that direction.

What you receive once the service / spell / ritual is complete is:
A Word Document or a PDF with photos and documentation of the process, along with interpretations of any divination signs from the candle(s) involved, such as wax, smoke, and flame patterns.
You will also receive a short video of your candle(s) burning. Woventear sends all of this to you via email.
If you wish for your spell items (candle remains, poppet, or any other items used specifically for your working) to be sent to you afterwards, please let us know in order to make shipping arrangements.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
* We do not accept returns for undamaged items. If your item arrives to you damaged, let us know... and we will make arrangements with you to replace or repair (Unless it was damaged in shipping, in which case we are not responsible. You can choose to purchase shipping insurance if you like, in which case we will open a case with USPS if your item is damaged), we can discuss options on a case by case basis.
* We do not issue refunds for spellwork, custom made items, and ritual services after it is purchased.
* Turnaround times for spell and ritual service: When you purchase a service from us... you will be scheduled at the next available time slot. We are usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance. Time frames may vary, and we cannot always guarantee expedited service unless you purchase an Urgency Fee. In which case, there are directions for this on each Urgency Fee listing, depending on the time frame you need. Your report will arrive to you via email as soon as we are able to complete it. Just because you have not received your report does NOT mean your service hasn't been performed.
* Reports and shipping of physical products NORMALLY take 3-7 business days, unless the work/product is very detailed/customized, and depends on our workload.
* We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products to international destinations.
* Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
* To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
